W. Les Kendrick, Ph.D.: Les received his Ph.D. in Communication Theory and Research from the University of Washington in 1987. During his time there he served as a consultant at the Center for Social Science Computation and Research, helping faculty and students with the design and implementation of their research, and provided training in the use of computers for analyzing data. He has an extensive background in quantitative statistical analysis and served for 7 years as the Demographer for the Seattle Public Schools. In that capacity he provided enrollment forecasts for budget and facilities planning and helped analyze the relationship between test scores and demographic information. As a consultant Les has provided demographic analysis and long range enrollment forecasts for the Seattle, Highline, Edmonds, Mukilteo, Northshore, Federal Way, Bethel, Tacoma, Monroe, South Kitsap, Bremerton, and Puyallup school districts. He has also developed a student database for the Edmonds district to facilitate staffing and enrollment analysis. In addition to his work at Educational Data Solutions, LLC, he continues to provide annual enrollment forecasts for 4-5 districts in the Puget Sound area.

Founder

George Sanders: George and Les created Educational Data Solutions, LLC in August 2000. George is now retired but making himself available for consultation as needed. We wish George the best in his retirement.
