Platforms

Microsoft Access: We build Microsoft Access databases that can run on any Pentium PC. These databases can also run on Macintosh computers with Virtual PC (a software program that allows you to run PC software on a Macintosh).

Features of the Access Database

  • Class lists (Historical Tests results)
  • Re-Rostering (See how your current students did on tests from previous years)
  • Individual Student Assessment Reports (with a history of all assessments)
  • Test Summaries by School
  • Test Trends by School and District
  • Demographic and Program Comparisons on all tests

Internet and SQL Server: We also convert our databases to SQL Server databases that can be accessed via the Internet. Teachers, Principals, and Administrators are given password-protected accounts for viewing and accessing the data over the Internet. If you can log on to the Internet, and you have an account, you can access your data.

Features of Internet Service

  • Secure teacher login. Teachers can log in and see data for their students only.
  • Re-Rostering (See how your current students did on tests from previous years)
  • Individual Student Assessment Reports: Choose a name, get a report.
  • Compare Test results from Different Testing Times
